It is not easy being a shy guy! Louie is the most incredibly snuggly, playful guy – his shyness, though, gets in the way of him for people to learn about his stellar personality. He needs a special person who has an understanding of shy dogs, and who will help him blossom into the wonderful dog that he already is. As anyone who has had experience with shy dogs knows, with a little bit of patience, the reward is tenfold, and Louie will be a fantastic canine companion, forever devoted to you.
As he likes to run, Louie would do best in a home with a fenced-in yard. His ideal home would also be stable and calm, with older children in their teens. Louie needs time to warm up to other dogs. He would not be a “dog park” dog. His previous family needed to surrender him, as they were moving, and they say that he was not destructive in their home. Louie is also house-trained!
Come meet Louie and find a sweet fellow under a shy exterior, just waiting to be your new canine buddy!
