Rubin’s Furniture is a family-owned furniture retailer in Madison, Wisconsin. This policy covers rubinsfurniture.com and the internal tools our staff use to run it.

When you visit a showroom, contact us, or ask about a product, a member of our team may record your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, what you are shopping for, a budget range, and how you heard about us. This is entered by our staff to follow up with you — there is no public sign-up form on this site.

If you purchase from us, we keep the details needed to deliver your order, including your delivery address, phone number, and invoice reference.
Information collected automatically
Our public pages use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and records information such as the pages you view, your approximate location, and general details about your browser and device. Analytics is not loaded for signed-in staff or on our administrative pages.
Staff accounts
Our staff sign in with Google. We receive their name, email address, and a Google account identifier so we know who is signed in. We never receive or store their Google password. We keep a record of actions staff take in our administrative tools, including who made a change and when.
